IMAAM Center is designed in two stages where in Stage 1, the goal is to obtain Use Permit as a place of worship from the City of Rockville, MD. Once the use permit is obtain,  the goal of Stage 2 is to make IMAAM Center a fully functional place of worship.

 
STAGE 1
The following design will be applied to Stage 1.

• Consolidate the land of 1611 Veirs Mill Rd and 13314 Okinawa Rd into one property
• Because of the consolidation and the City of Rockville code only allows one building in a property, the Okinawa building will be kept for future IMAAM Center
• Veirs Mill property will be demolished and built as parking lot
• IMAAM hired AMT Engineering in Rockville, MD to help with the engineering aspects of IMAAM Center

STAGE 2
IMAAM has not designed the property for Stage 2 yet.
IMAAM CENTER TEAM
The design of IMAAM Center is done internally by members of the community, and with some help from people who are expert in their field.  These are the members of IMAAM Center Team:

• Oscar Zaky
  Oscar is an IT professional and has background in Civil Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology. He is  currently the IMAAM Center Team Leader. He is also serving as Board of Trustee of IMAAM, overseeing the IMAAM Center Project.
• Haris Koentjoro
  Haris graduated with Architecture Engineering Degree from Bandung Institute of Technology, and currently works for an architecture firm in Baltimore. Some of the designs that he has done includes the Pondok Indah Mall in Jakarta, Indonesia.
• Andri Antoni
  Anton works for engineering firm in Tyson’s Corner, VA. He is proficient in Autocad and is currently the Subject Matter Expert for the mechanical design.
• H. Donald Yamin
  Mr. Yamin has lived in US for a long time and is a licensed Professional Engineer.  He lead the IMAAM Center Team before Oscar took over.
• Varga Syahroni
  Roni is the Property Manager for IMAAM Center
• Gerald (Wali) Sharif
  Wali owns a construction company in Frederick, MD and has helped IMAAM with many of IMAAM Center works.
